well, I've actually made a wish-list 3 years ago.
there are a lot of requests still not implemented or rolled out.

Please add the possiblity to separate/merge plans/accounts without going to another providers and coming back. There are many users asking for it.

Therefore, it will be great to create a separate account in order to get the referral code and after merge them (to have the best of the 2 options :D)
Now suppose that you merge two account, with a plan each, you merge them and the minutes later you close one plan what will happen to the points and bonuses?

I am talking from the real life scenarios perspective and not from the bonus/points one 🙂.
e.g. Adult children grown up and want to manage his account(s). Or a young couple wants to have a common plan.
In such cases a simple warning message about loss of bonuses can be put in place.

tech support is pathetic at fizz, there is absolutely no reason someone should go from 1 in the support queue to 52. The incompetence of fizz support is so baffling that I think I'm going to go pay more for a phone plan elsewhere.

Put in place a procedure, that when two users report a problem with a post involving a new user, the user will be disabled till the @Whizz will look on the situation.

Clarify instructions around stuff like data gifting, using upgrades, and options to change plan before the new cycle begins! The information is technically available but it's really hard to find in a lot of cases and really non-intuitive.

In order of importance:
1. WiFi calling and texting
2. Improving customer support
3. Give me the options to stay logged in for a longer period of time (e.g. least 24 hours). It's not fun to login every few minutes.3 -

I don't know what is wrong with Fizz tools, for me my xbox never connected to internet using the fizz modem wifi or cable, i added a switch and it worked perfect

When we tick the "stay signed in" box, actually stay signed in.
The website has improved greatly over the last year but this problem is still present and extremely frustrating.
