know it not going to happen but Apple Watch plan

The smart watch and tablet plans at Fizz are essentially any regular plan at Fizz. This may be costlier than other carriers, but at $13/month, it's a basic provincial plan with 250 MB of rewards data, or up to 2 GB over time by climbing the rewards ladder. For a few dollars more, Fizz offers gigs of data.

It's worth noting that most carriers require a smartphone plan first, and they only sell smart watch and tablet plans as additional lines, not as the main line. With Fizz, an account can have just one plan for any device.

We have Fizz as a family, with one account per member, and it took around nine months for Alex to reach level 4, for a bonus $1 off and 500 MB every month. It's a lot of effort, but it's worth it!

I'm at level 3, and I still need lots of points to reach level 4. It will be fun! What I do in the meantime is post my referral code in the dedicated forum threads, twice a day per language, for 12 points daily. I also give data in ½ GB increments, for 3 points, and I try to leave a comment when I give data, for another 3 points. It takes time, but the rewards are worth it!

Fizz has updated its plan pricing. The base provincial plan is now $10/month, while the base Canada-wide plan is now $11/month. Both include 4G LTE. For an extra $2/month, a plan with the following is available:

    • 1 GB rollover data
    • Data gifting – send and receive
    • 5G network access

Please note that this pricing applies outside of Québec. Québec charges a few dollars more, and the plan after the base plan includes 2 GB, not just 1 GB.

It's good to see that in this case, one can either pay less today for the same plan, or pay the June price for a better plan. 😀

Two new referral code threads were launched today, one in English and one in French. I noticed that with the new rules, a Fizzer can now post once a day per language, for 6 points daily. 🤷🏼‍♀️ There is also a stricter limit for post length. While it's a little disappointing to get fewer points, I understand that Fizz wants to keep the forum less cluttered and easier to navigate.

With that said, by posting a referral code once per day and in both languages, a Fizzer can still earn 804 points for the rest of 2026, and 2,190 points for 2027. That's a big boost towards the next reward level. I hope everyone can keep enjoying Fizz! 😀

Have been with fizz since the early days. Overall had a good experience. Wish there was an apple app available, find that the website doesn’t always connect and have to refresh once I login.
  • Customer support and technical support is bad.

I look for an equivalent discussion on the French section ? I don't find? Does it exist?
If yes, please give me the link
    If not, please create one
It's a good place for suggestion

There was already one in the French section; it was closed in December 2024.

  • My suggestions for FIZZ
    1. Have a specific activity feed to follow posts of referral codes posting
    2. Add a fourth slot to activate our bonus
    3. Just give 3 points when a fizzer put a flag on a post. No more majoration for this.
    4. Add more flame badges for people who daily participate to the forum.
    5. Have something similar activity feed in our account section where we can follow points earned or missing.

Thanks. I hope that many other people also support these suggestions. Best way to get changes.

  • nice place for us

  • A suggestion, make the TV plan info a little clearer. It says Crave available for a premium but con't find the actual price anywhere. Users complain they can't view all channels when traveling within Canada. Explain which channels and why. For example why only TSN 2&5 when going from South Shore to Montreal by REM?

  • I agree with your suggestions. Regarding the limited availability of channels away from home, I recall having seen it was due to licensing agreements. But, it would still be helpful for customers to know which channels are impacted.
