I already left fizz, very disapointing customer service and no technical help.
for my wife issue, i contacted videotron directly and had them porting out her number, fizz did nothing lies all times.

Hi I scheduled an online appointment for instalation and I received an email saying someone is coming to my house. How do I verify that it is actually an online appointment. I'm not paying the extra for someone to come.
