Impressive mobile network speed.
195 Mbps download.
43 Mbps upload.
Be careful because I chewed up 420MB of data doing the ookla speed test.0 -
Quicker resolution of open tickets escalated to "specialized team".

Yeah testing the speed uses up your data quite quickly

another refugee from public mobile. wasn't happy losing $12/month in discounts i'd had for years! so far i am floored by how good the service is. where i live, using PM (bell/telus towers) the signal was pretty awful. so awful that i would place my phone in a location outside where i had figured out was the strongest signal an use bluetooth earbuds to make the call from a comfortable location.
i switch to fizz....i just made a 15 minute call with a friend FROM MY BASEMENT. all that for a lower price. couldn't be happier.
so that leads me to another question...how has fizz placed towers in ontario? is it placing their own equipment on rogers towers? certainly not bell/telus towers or i'd have the same trash signal...and i know rogers works better in my location.0 -
Fizz is NVMO, therefore, it is sending the signal with the same tower only with a different name

That's good to hear that your experience is positive with Fizz!

For now Fizz is using an infrastructure from competitors and it has 7 years to build his own.

It's gonna take some time I believe, right?

Same here.
PM must be losing tons of people.
Personally I'm glad they did what they did as it made me discover Fizz.
So far very impressed with the signal quality, data speeds, perks, and the community.0 -
You are quite a bunch indeed!
