Technical support is ok for me, I don't have any problems
but we must be able to find solutions to help those who have them

There are certain things that we users can't help other users with.
For example modern connectivity issues that are related to the coax canle having no connection to the Fizz network.
In such cases the best we can do is refer them to support or whizz so they can use their tools to check.

100% agree with this. The webapp is slow and buggy. I just referred a friend and his first comment was "the website is pretty janky". Still no app in 2024!1 -

Yes, last compagnie I was with the only way to have support was messages there's was not any kind of live chat so you could ask help and you could have like 2 hours between replies
