My experience exactly! Removing the legacy rewards was the last straw for me, many people on Public's own community forum were discussing switching to Fizz. I wonder if Fizz could share data on how many recent Public Mobile refugees ended up here1 -

True. It ticked me off that as a legacy member I was not eligible to switch to the newer better plans.
For new customers shopping around, I have to admit that they do have competitive prices. Also the base data speed is now 4G instead of 3G (big difference).

Hopefully Fizz will match the PM prices. 10Gb for 23$ is a very attractive plan.

In my case, the price dropped significantly between May and June. It depends of plans, but I see a tendency to have lower prices…

Yes but for me the Fizz package is better when all is considered.
Better quality calls, faster real world data speeds, data rollover, data gifting, and the benefizz.

Cannot deny on this one I went to PM way back and had the worse customer service it was practically impossible to reach someone and came back to FIZZ permanently for good! 🤣😭 I totally agree with you!

For having been with 6 providers through my cellphone owner “career”, I can confirm Fizz is at the top!

I have been with providers who have phone support. I remember long wait times on the phone only to end up speaking with someone who wasn't able to help.
So far I have gotten better support with Fizz online chat than with most providers that had phone support (and I've had cell phones since the 1990s).

I am brand new I would’ve liked maybe an email with links to forum and rewards that is quick and easy to access. Maybe I just missed it and it’s being done. For her people who aren’t to Teck Savy they probably wouldn’t dive much deeper.

Your live chat tool is neither quick, nor efficient. At least put in a queue system where we can see where we are in the line so we don't have to sit in front of our computers for who knows how long and wait for someone to respond. Then when someone finally is online, we happen to be afk and they stay for one minute before disconnecting the chat saying we aren't there.

I agree with you 💯 last year I've seen the queue numbers but somehow I don't see it anymore it was so efficient and very useful, wonder why they took it off! 😅
