They can't provide an estimate yet, since there are SO many cases, and in some cases, it is still due to Hydro issues in the area.
Unfortunately Fizz has not updated their status page to reflect the current situation. It would save many people from posting.
May be a good idea to contact Fizz to let them know, so they can know the specific location. Some repairs being done are for specific regions and a single repair can bring back many connections. However, they are some which are specific to individual homes (ie: from the pole to your home), so if they don’t know, they may not get addressed.

· Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
· Choose the option 💬 chat
· If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..

You're not the only one. Probably last night's high winds caused issues in a network relay serving your place. Fizz is aware in general but chat with them to make sure that corrective actions are also placed for your neighborhood. It may take time for the chat, there are many cases.

Chat bubble is the best tool to reach Fizz. This forum is mostly for mutual help between customers. To chat:
- Go to a FAQ page e.g. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services
- Look bottom right for the big ❔ question mark in a green bubble.
- Click it, options will be displayed
- Choose "💬 Chat"
- Note: the bubble will only display the chat for a computer version. If you are on a cell phone, you must check "Desktop site" in your browser settings.
- Submit your question with possibly a relevant screenshot or modem photo
- After that will be displayed the number of customers preceding you, to manage your expectations. Updated real time.
The advantages of Fizz bubble tool are that it is 24/7 real-time with waiting time management and the ability to print (e.g. PDF) a copy of the conversation for your records. Sometimes you can even leave a comment about your satisfaction with the conversation.

Hello @Vitalii C.
As explained in your other post many internet suppliers have issues since the high winds started yesterday because they dependent on Hydro-Quebec's distribution.
If you believe this started before what some consider an Act of God, then maybe you have other issues.
If so, have you tried the following troubleshooting FAQs, which describe the following steps:
- Make sure your Fizz Home Internet plan has been activated
- Reconnect to your Wi-Fi network
- Restart your Wi-Fi modem
- Make sure the issue is not caused by a recent change
- Restore your Wi-Fi modem to its factory settings
Another one goes through these steps:
- Try accessing the internet using a browser, software or application
- If possible, connect another device to your Wi-Fi modem
- If you’re using a computer, use an antivirus software to scan it for viruses and other malware
- Restart your Wi-Fi modem
- If you’re using a computer, make sure it automatically obtains its IP address
- Make sure there is no proxy server configured
- Temporarily disable your security software or application
- Reset your device’s network settings

Salut, J'ai le même probleme, je n'ai pas internet. J'habite à repentigny. Quelqu' un sait quand le problème va etre réglé ?
C'est toujours la meme chose avec Fizz, leur service est vraiment pas bon.
