The thing is, fizz is no longer low cost as you'd think, it's gotten pretty expensive and premium now! I'm kinda shocked and surprised.... So that's why bow I'd expect at least rcs! Fizz employees please do answer wherever you are!

Yes, you can use data in the US without incurring any additional cost on the Canada+USA coverage plan. However, Fizz doesn't have infrastructure in US or even in certain provinces in Canada. You need to turn your phone roaming on to use Fizz partner infrastructure where Fizz does not have infrastructure.
