Are the people policing the forum paid by Fizz? Or are the incentive enough to trigger these behaviors?

We are not paid by Fizz, therefore, are you saying that we should do the same?
Are you suggesting to apply the omertà?13 -
Whom and what are you referencing when saying "we" should "do the same"?13

What are you talking about?12

@Andréanne, we => the community
Are you suggesting not to say a word?

If not related to that post, sorry my bad.10 -
Andreanne,
You are thinking that we are paid by Fizz.
No, it's not. It's a kind of free support.
We responds to the answers in mind to help.
Do you know the meaning of the word: Community?
I dont think so...
We need to get help others users,
The rewards we are gained are the only incitative offered by Fizz.14 -
What she also mean is that you guys are doing a pretty amazing job considering that you are not paid for it.

If you think, we're doing a good job, i must thank you.8

There is no such thing as policing forums and paid by fizz.
This is the community hub, where thousands upon thousands of fizz enthusiasts get together and answer each other's questions.
Its part of how fizz keeps its costs so low, as it's a very self serve approach to bring a provider. They provide the infrastructure and consequently the cell service, and we the users provide the customer service to each other.
They do have a customer service chat option, but normally people get their assistance here.6 -
Not paid.
The incentive are not really worth it, money wise, for the amount of time spent. It's just nice to help out people11 -
It's a community. It's just nice to help eachother out and ask questions if needed:)10

The stronger the community, the better overall experience for all of us. They can see what the main topics of discussion are and perhaps switch attention to certain hot topics and fixes...
And the incentives for community members to be active is quite nice tbh.8 -

I actually haven't been answered something informative yet. Well, it helps me understand the forum dynamics but there is not one single "best" answer.7

Maybe you mean that there are people who are paid to maintain the forum?
I rather believe there's robot doing this than a humain being...7 -
Work by incitative , you anwswer few question and can add 2 time 500mb to your account per month in less then 1 month5
-
Glad to see people just wanting to help for the sake of helping5

A few users are part of the Fizz Team, it shows this next to their name. I'm assuming they are paid. The rest are just unpaid Fizz members contributing to the community.3

I do not believe their are people "policing" the Community forms.
We are here to help each other.
But if you feel someone is out of line there is a way to report that.
I came across it today but can not seem to find it.
one of the Super Geeks can probably help out there.
So if this was a general question then no ... we are all Fizz community members... with a few staff who comment
If your looking for policing because of an issue you can contact Fizz through there contact us tab
If it was neither of these I would encourage you to reword your question so as to get the answers you are looking for.4 -

Yes they give enough, especially in the beginning. The ratio of effort : points : savings are really worth it ! Aim for level 3 OR 5 and you can pause.2

I understand that you find no ''best answer'' but if we don't know what you're talking about, we can't answer it correctly... Can you explain more what you want to know?2
