Fizz Internet coming to Ottawa? Based off a survey received

So yesterday, I received a phone call from a call center that was doing a survey out from Montreal. The lady was asking very specific questions about Videotron, Fizz and even Bell.
Things like the likelihood of me leaving Bell internet over the past 12 months do I have satellite or fiber internet/tv, and if another provider was to come in with fiber, would I likely leave Bell.
Has anyone received this survey? It was pretty in-depth, maybe 20 minutes total, I live in Ottawa!
