Please, contact us in private in order to help you with this issue.
We will need more details on this matter, such as: the location where you encounter it, your phone brand and model, a few phone numbers that called you or you called where you had this specific issue and the timesteps.
On our end, no issues were reported related to what you have described.
Also, from what I can see on your account, you do not have the VoLTE compatible sim card. I would suggest that you order one using the link below. Make sure that you are logged into your Fizz account when you access this link, otherwise it will not work.

Also, you can try to restart your phone and test the network after that.
And turn on airplane mode for 30 seconds then off and test again, to see if the issue persists.

It could be related to the sim card... better contact the customer support and see what's what...
