I meant use data for free, as much that you had on your plan. But for that you have to check with others.

If you roam out of Canada or US, you have no chance to receive a normal call. But you can receive text for free, and I think you may use data too.

Andrée, félicitation pour ta victoire. Aussi pour tes 2 semaines d'efforts soutenus pour résoudre le problème, (avec l'appuis de Fizz bien sûr). Mais quand-même, pas beaucoup de clients sont prêts à investire assez de temps.

Salut. Peu importe la couleur, le IMessage utilise data pour la transmission, donc tu n'a plus besoin de textes. Pourtant, tu va consommer les données plus rapidement, sauf si tu n'utilise pas le WIFI (donc tu peut ainsi économiser les données).

Hi. There is 2 situation when this may happen. You have a virus or malware who is detected by some sites so they reject your IP, or you use a VPN and that is forbidden by some others sites.

Hi Mircea. Supposing that you test speed and have 100mbps. I have a lot more speed and still freezing. In my case is computer.Check in task manager if CPU is more than 30-40%, sometimes this is a cause. Also, you may restart the router and PC, sometimes it help too.

No, you can't, nor Fizz can help you. The system take it only when subscription is done and it can't be override. Also, you can't refer yourself but if you have a code from somebody else, you may use it only once per account. If you never use a code, you can use one on your next subscription.
