Is Fizz Home Internet using Fiber like Bell FTTN or using Videotron Coax cable teechnology?
I see community saying it's from Videotron but there's one person that keep saying mentioning Fiber from street and cable home. So is it FFTN or Coax technology? Can someone make sure?
Also, If i connect the modem myself do i need to pass the coax cable to my living room or is it plug and play?

Hi Tiger
The internet is using the videotron cable
Yes the tech must pass the coaxial cable, after you can connect the modem yourself, after the connection you need to configurer your own password and you can navigate.

I disconnected Videotron and connected Fizz on the same coaxial cable.13 -
Like others said it's coax cable.
You have to schedule an appointment with technician who will bring the modem and check the signal. You can mention that you have a special requirement regarding the cable installation.10 -
