According to this Fizz page, a few TCL and Samsung Galaxy Z models have it, in addition to iPhones with iOS 27.

I heard that Pixel beta users have also recently been able to use Wi-Fi calling on Fizz. I have a Pixel 7 (not on beta program) and installed the update released on Tuesday. I was hoping to get Wi-Fi calling, but it isn't available yet. Hopefully it will be soon!
