Honestly I think its overhyped fizz say their LTE speed go up to 300mbps. Even if it was 100mbps its more then enough for a phone usage. For comparison my home internet is 120mpbs for 2 personnes its more then enough. Like watching netflix in 4k on 2 tv at the same time would only take 50mbps. Also with 4g/LTE you get better signal indoors then 5g.

If you talk about the chat support, it is a bot. You have to ask to speak to an agent to get it to transfer you to one.

It depends mostly on the time of day because I used it a few times at the beginning of the night it wasn't that long. Obviously during the day, there are a lot of people at the same time.
For the price you pay, you shouldn't ask too much.

My plan without data is 17$ per month, which can get down to 15$ with upgrades. I still have 1 GB thanks to the third upgrade but it ends up being still more expensive than 149$. For sure a yearly plan can make it even cheaper
