The Fizz website needs alot of work. My sister tried to sign up for a $35 plan and a $30/month phone and the website said she would have to pay $200/month
pages randomly reload several times for no reason
it's impossible to stay logged in to your account, even though there is a tickbox that says stay logged in
Some phone pages show when a model is out of stock (colours have slashes through them) but others don't (128gb galaxy s23 FE all colours are out of stock but none have slashes)
I would want Fizz to fix their website before trying to add shiny new features

Agree, the website is slow and buggy, need to be improved. The Wifi-Calling is not provided now but VoLTE Calling for now.

Would be fun to have an app on phone to not have to login every 2 minutes because the website doesn’t remember your info and hopefully that could prevent the many pages that don’t load or take long to do so or the website that in general doesn’t feel very responsive0

Would love to see some updates as the beta program progresses in Vancouver and the rest of BC. I activated a few weeks ago. My phone still shows it's in Roaming status. It's working, but I know things are changing, it would be nice to be kept in the loop. Customer service hasn't had any info on this when I've chatted.0

you can ask for a refund anyway... I find useful to keep them there though... if you need something that is not included in your plan and don't want to buy an add-on, you can use the credit

For me the lack of customer support (phone) isn't an issue. For me the problem is that the website is often slow or doesn't work at all. When you (Fizz) don't have a place to call to get support, the website really needs to be amazing and work every time.
I'm loving Fizz though. Quality. Thanks.
