Internet Set up (Wi-Fi Network not found)
Hey everyone,
I just got Fizz, I thought it would be easy to setup by myself, but I was mistaken. The router shows all the lights but when I try to connect to the wi-fi, the network doesn't even show up anywhere on my devices.
I tried rebooting the router, but nothing has worked.

You can try to reset the modem and set a different password

• Try a factory reset the modem
Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds.
Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.

Reminder: The default username (Default Wi-Fi network) and password (Default key) for your Wi-Fi network are written on a sticker on the back of your Wi-Fi modem.

Did you wait 15mins
during the first 15 mins is doing

Yea I did. If I wire it to my computer the internet works. But Wi-Fi doesn’t even show up

I tried to, but it keeps telling me the password is incorrect for the Wi-fi, even though I've entered it 5 different ways now, maybe I am just dyslexic

Is the internet with the ethernet working?
If it is the case connect to the web interface 192.168.0.1 and check the wifi configuration

Yea that's what I did, apparently the password I keep entering is incorrect which makes no sense

Sorry to hear about the issue.
Please check if you are 100% entering the correct letters as sometimes you can mistake the small letter L with the number 1 , or 0 with the capital letter O.
