Cannot enable VoLTE on Note 10+ with Fizz
Currently on vacation in Florida. I am coming from Fido. With Fido sim in my phone, I had the VoLTE toggle and I could turn it off and on. As soon as I put my new Fizz SIM card in (with the red lightning bolt & new Fizz account), the VoLTE option disappears in my menu.
Buddy I’m with has an iPhone, and after putting in his Fizz SIM card, he still has the VoLTE option. Upon turning it on on the iPhone on the ATT network, everything works perfectly. Texts and data work perfectly also on the Note 10+, but calling does not work. The same thing happened on the iPhone before I toggled the VoLTE on
Any ideas here?

I just verified your account and I noticed that your plan was just activated last month, so in theory, the VoLTE option should be available for you. I also noticed that the SIM card is VoLTE compatible, however, we do not have information about the phone you are using registered on your account. The VoLTE must work if you activate your Fizz's plan after the March 15, 2022
Did you try to use T-Mobile too?

For sure you know better than me where is supposed to be the VoLTE option, since you already used with Fido, but only to be sure

- 3.Tap Connections
- 4.Tap Mobile Networks
- 5.Tap the status switch beside VoLTE Calls to toggle it on and off

Nothing new, fizz messed up with VoLTE, it's like the lottery - you never know uf you will have VoLTE or no😂1

Yea most of the time must use T Mobile. Unfortunately the signal is very bad and drops very often. Missing a lot of calls
Also yes I am aware of the steps to take to toggle VoLTE, but as mentioned, in step 5 of your list, the toggle is simply not there after installing the Fizz SIM card as it was with fido.0
Pretty sure they will close this thread saying to contact them directly. Am I right?2
