Take a appointment for the internet and they take first payment but no emails for confirmation?

If your first payment was made, it means you successfully registered for the service.
You can check the date and time of the appointment on your Fizz account.
To view your Fizz technician appointments:
- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
- Click on Appointments.
- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
- You will also be able to reschedule and cancel future appointments.

If you are having any issues with the Fizz website, please logoff, clear your browser cache, reboot your device, and try again.
Also make sure
- no browser extension blocks its appearance (ad blocker or plugins like "NoScript").
- to try in incognito mode
- JavaScript is enabled
- no VPN disables the rendering, some have pop-up/ad blockers

They take the first payment but on my profil i dont have any appointments scheduled and on my transaction history nothing . How can i reach someone on the phone ??
