Take a appointment for the internet and they take first payment but no emails for confirmation?

They take the money for the first payment but i did not receive the email for the confirmation and when i logins its like i have never do anything . Like my profile is blank .

    If you are having any issues with the Fizz website, please logoff, clear your browser cache, reboot your device, and try again.

    Also make sure

    • no browser extension blocks its appearance (ad blocker or plugins like "NoScript").
    • to try in incognito mode
    • JavaScript is enabled
    • no VPN disables the rendering, some have pop-up/ad blockers

    They take the first payment but on my profil i dont have any appointments scheduled and on my transaction history nothing . How can i reach someone on the phone ??
