Can't log in
Hi,
I've tried to log in as usual but it doesn't work. I had to reset my password but it says that it's not working right now. I can't talk on the chat because I would need to log in to do that. Help!

I just verified your account and I noticed that you tried to reset your password, and even logged in last night. Please let us know if you indeed managed to get access to your account. If you couldn't you can always reach out to us from the FAQ https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do, by clicking the (?) question mark in the lower right corner of the screen and clicking on the (...) three dots which represent our live chat.

If you're already logged in here on the community, you should be able to chat with customer service as well.
You can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.
