I've tried to log in as usual but it doesn't work. I had to reset my password but it says that it's not working right now. I can't talk on the chat because I would need to log in to do that. Help!

If you're already logged in here on the community, you should be able to chat with customer service as well.
You can contact Fizz customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, then click on it to start your chat session with Fizz customer service.
