Fizz is aware of the problem and is working to resolve it in order to restore the situation as soon as possible.
It is quite possible that your area has a power outage where the power outage is still present preventing your connection from working because the entire network needs electricity to operate.
Fizz advises to perform a restart of your modem and within 4 hours, to check if the connection is working. Otherwise and if the connection still does not work they advise to restart your modem again within 2 hours because the situation concerning the power cut will be treated by Hydro-Québec however Fizz does not have a precise resolution time to indicate to you.

I strongly recommend you contact Fizz Customer service to notify them of the exact locations. They know there are issues and working on many of them. Some fixes will help many groups of people, but some issues which are localized from the outside pole to your home, may need to be signaled more specifically in order to get addressed.

- Wait 3 seconds for the green bubble with a '?' appears at the bottom right of the browser, if you use a phone you must use it in desktop or horizontal mode
- Choose the option 💬 chat
- If the green bubble does not appear make sure your ad blocker is disabled, otherwise try with another browser.
PS: For me the only combination that works for CHAT, is Firefox, in a private window, and only when in the French language..

network needs electricity, of course, but not from the same power lines. when power outage last night, internet was working fine, well until my UPS died
