Thanks but I cleared my cache and still the same problem. I don't know what else to do, how to get this phone...help!!!!!
fyi: I first ordered a sim card, then when that transaction was done I went to order the phone. Maybe I should've done it together🙄

Hi, I tried on my phone, my Ipad & my chromebook with all the same result. by web browser do you mean other than google chrome? As you can tell I'm not too tech savy hehe
