ordering a phone

Hi all,

I'm trying to order a phone but when I get to the end where I submit, it gives me an error and tells me to try again later. I've been trying for a few hours. All my info is correct..it's frustrating. Has anyone encountered this problem.

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.  
    Please try placing the order again after deleting the cache and cookies. 
    You can also try from a private/ incognito browser.

    Thanks but I cleared my cache and still the same problem. I don't know what else to do, how to get this phone...help!!!!!

    fyi: I first ordered a sim card, then when that transaction was done I went to order the phone. Maybe I should've done it together🙄

    Hi Judy,

    you should try another web browsers, or even another device, it would surely settle this problem the time of the command.

    Hi, I tried on my phone, my Ipad & my chromebook with all the same result. by web browser do you mean other than google chrome? As you can tell I'm not too tech savy hehe

    Do you have by any chance any Adblockers running? Sometimes this causes some problems.
