Is the internet down?
Hi,
I am currently working from home and noticed the internet suddently went down. Upgraded from 30mb/s to 60mb/s yesterday. My router can't connect to the internet, issue has been here since 10:25.
Only light is the power light that is solid green. Tried resetting the router but didn't work. Tried unplugging it 5 minutes and no internet still.
Located in Quebec City.

If you can give more info like if are you connected on a wire or via WiFi?
Using a phone or laptop? Mac/Windows, Apple/Android?
If on Wifi does it say, connected to WiFi but no Inertet access?
All the info you can give may help in figuring out what is wrong.
