If you mean switching from physical sim to esim or transferring the esim, I believe they will come at some point

Calls and text are working but not internet. I'm in LTE, get the random messenger messages but nothing else.

" Already have an existing mobile plan with Fizz? You’ll be able to swap your physical SIM card for an eSIM in the very near future. Stay tuned!"

When will this option be available?

It seems Fizz is ALWAYS behind the curve on adopting new technologies, updating their offerings and now even their pricing is falling behind the competitors.

Hi , Can I use a physical SIM card which was linked to an old account but closed now for a new account.
    Thanks

According to earlier comments here in the forum, you can. Easiest way is just to try. Enter the activation code of the SIM while creating a new plan and see whether the Fizz system accepts it.

    > By the way, if your phone is not compatible with eSIMs, you can still get a physical SIM card online, or from one of our partner stores.

e sim works so well especially if you are roaming and it bypasses the $5 sim cost
