Wallet calls not working with VolLTE sim

Hi,
I've recently switch to a new voLTE sim card, and wallet calls don't work anymore.
I have a plan with no data, no minutes etc. and I only use it for emergencies, which is why I use the wallet pay as you use functionality. This worked well until I was forced to switch to a VoLTE.
I have tried restarted my cellphone many times, tried forcing 4g, 3g and 2g with no success. Tried with voLTE enabled and disabled. Nothing seems to work unfortunately.
