What's happening with Fizz Internet

I am in Griffintown too and my fizz app tells me that my modem is not connected to internet but all the wires are in place.

    I understand and I'm sorry to learn about the inconvenience.

    Having checked in my tools, I can see that there is currently a disconnection reported in your area and this interferes with the network connection to that specific node.
    Rest assured, a team has been dispatched on-site to deal with this and remedy the matter as soon as possible.
    I would suggest you keep an eye on your modem from time to time and monitor the behaviour of the led lights.

    If you see any change, restart the modem and test your connection again.
