Vous avez 24 heures pour régler le problème de paiement avant que Fizz suspend le service. Vous êtes mieux de les contacter le plus vite possible, ou de changer le monde de paiement pour un autre qui est fonctionnel.

since Fizz is a prepaid service, you will have to wait until next month in order to change the plan. If you don't want to wait this long, you can always cancel your plan, create a new one with the correct amount of data you want. This will cost more for sure, but not as much in the long run if you need the data right now.…

bonne chance pour le retour. Fizz n'a aucune obligation de vous retourner les cartes SIM que vous aviez acheté. Vous auriez moins mal à la tête en les donnait à quelqu'un qui aurait de besoin.

try separating the 2.4 and 5G connections by turning off band steering. log into your router > wireless > basic settings > 5G > disable

This is like the 3rd or 4th repost. Yes, they disabled referral program during stabilization period.

They did specify that stabilisation period will be a bit wonky. I guess this is their way of saying we do whatever we want in the background.

AFAIK, their refund system should be automatic, wait a bit, and by next week you should receive your refund. If you don't, contact Fizz support by then.
