I got a 500mb perks but it doesn't work even if it says in use why

What do you mean exactly by its not working? So far it sounds like you APN isnt set up correctly. If you are on android, please do these steps:
Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Access Point Names → APN
Fizz APN settings are:
APN: mobile.bm
MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,mms,supl
If that doesn't solve your issue, let me know, I have a few more ideas.2 -
I believe that Chris point you to the right direction. In the meantime, did you ever try the data?
