I can do outgoing calls but when someone calls me it goes direct to voice mail

    Is your phone on DND (Do not disturb)? If not, then it could just be due to the outages lately, i'd recommend giving it till tomorrow or so and then contact Fizz through Facebook Messenger or using the chat function on the help page.

    Check your signal, restart phone, check if phone is compatible with Fizz network.
