My refund is not processed. I have been waiting for more than 15 business days since I unsubscribed!

One thing for sure, the community will not be giving you the refund. You should be asking Fizz support instead.7

It depends of the bank. Got a credit un 2 Days from them. See with your credit card company.3

No refund is issued to the credit card company.
The problem is with Fizz not with my credit card company.
I cannot get hold of Fizz support for a week now.0
