i want to stop with fizz, they charge me , but i can not use my service,

    Same here, 2 days without data... so odd.

    Iphone just need upgrade to latest 12.1 firmware , Fizz will work automatically. Some Android phone need setup up APN, and some doesn't . If you use Android, spend 2 minutes and setup APN preferred:
    Fizz APN settings are:
    APN: mobile.bm
    MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
    MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
    MMS port: 80
    APN type: default,mms,supl

    Go to My plan, Manage plans, Unsubscribe

    go to your plan and click unsubscribe. They will however charge you until the end of the cycle.
