Had the same issue a few days ago (could send but could not receive). I had to open a ticket with Fizz via chat. It took them 4-5days to resolve the issue

I think the perk will be given away for alot of people. Especially when folks reach lvl2 (+250MB) or lvl 3 (+500MB)

Came here from Rogers. SIM card took 24hrs. Once I put it into my cell, I had to change the APN settings to be able to receive/send texts.

For the chat bubble, make sure you have any adblocker disabled. Might want to try a different browser as well.
