Can't receive SMS since yesterday
Hi, there I can't receive SMS since yesterday from at least 1 person. Everything has been working fine until yesterday. I've been texting this person everyday for at least the last month. No changes have been made on either side (phone, number, carrier, APN setting, etc...)
I use a Samsung S9+
The other person use Iphone 7 with Bell.
Note that the other person receives my text messages but I don't receive hers

Contact Fizz support through chat is probably the best

Try to manually select a Fizz-EXT network and then let it automatically set the network again. Reboot if needed. Worked for me.9

The problem could be your side (most likely yours) or the other side.

Have you tried to test with a 3rd person to confirm the issue ?7 -
Had the same issue a few days ago (could send but could not receive). I had to open a ticket with Fizz via chat.
It took them 4-5days to resolve the issue7 -

@René No, it's my second month with Fizz. I had same issue before but it resolved itself after a few hours but this time, it's almost a day now. I have already reached out to the chat team. Still waiting for a reply.7

Samsung S7 Edge, yes I'm using the native messaging App. Upon testing, I can still send and receive MMS and receive SMS, It's only sending SMS that does not work.5

I also didn't received in the last couple of days some of the messages sent from phones which didn't have any problem with until now.0
