[Voice Mail] Incorrect Pin?

Last week I've setup my voice mail without PIN with success. But for a weird reason this week the system ask me for a PIN...
I tried: #, 1234#, 0000# but nothing seems to work

    Check SMS. Your pin is there.
  • Hi Ann. Do you work for Fizz? I mean wouldn't I have looked in my SMS to see if I got a text with my PIN? Of course I did. My voice mail is still closed to me, and so far nobody has contacted me by text or email. I've tried chat and email, got an open ticket for almost a week but no results.
    What I've done was cancelled the voicemail. I just have to wait for the end of the billing cycle for the change to take effect... Then I'll have to wait another month to get the voicemail reinstated... Ce la vie is what they call it in French...
