[Voice Mail] Incorrect Pin?

Last week I've setup my voice mail without PIN with success. But for a weird reason this week the system ask me for a PIN...
I tried: #, 1234#, 0000# but nothing seems to work

did you try the pin that came with your initial text message? or just contact them through messenger fb.me/fizzca or chat bubble on help pages9

I did not receive the initial text message... And they take forever to respond to messenger.
and the chat bubble is a myth :P9 -
lol, yes that chat bubble is a sneaky one, but i have seen it I guess you can try the contact form in your Profile > contact forms >10

i think you have to open a ticket in your profile to reset voice mail9

Frederick, it's great that I have an open ticket to reset my PIN. But I don't see how that helps me. Is there something I can do to fix it, or am I still waiting for someone at Fizz to reset it? I don't get it.9

For the chat bubble, make sure you have any adblocker disabled. Might want to try a different browser as well.5

Hi Ann. Do you work for Fizz? I mean wouldn't I have looked in my SMS to see if I got a text with my PIN? Of course I did. My voice mail is still closed to me, and so far nobody has contacted me by text or email. I've tried chat and email, got an open ticket for almost a week but no results.
What I've done was cancelled the voicemail. I just have to wait for the end of the billing cycle for the change to take effect... Then I'll have to wait another month to get the voicemail reinstated... Ce la vie is what they call it in French...0 -
