Ah yes, I should’ve been clearer. I have an iPhone XS and as well as an iMac and neither of them are showing 5GHz options. I only have one SSID. In the router settings it only allows me to change the SSID of the 2.4GHz band. The 5GHz is always the same SSID as the 2.4GHz. . Is there a way to verify what the current band is?

Haven't connected to any rogers towers... I've seen videotron once or twice but usually it says Fizz.

That’s the regular cost of the SIM card. Also the same price for same day delivery. If it was actually a xtra charges, contact fizz directly through messenger or the chat bubble (turn off your pop up blocker).

Je crois c’est parce que fizz est toute en ligne et pour activer la ligne de téléphone c’est un peut différent. C’est pour ça on a des prix réduits. Sûrement ça va pas être comme ça pour toujours. Comme vous avez dit, Fizz est une compagnie de Vidéotron. Ils vont régler toutes les problèmes au moment donnée.

Contact fizz through the facebook messenger OR though the chat bubble on the website, make sure though, THAT YOUR POPUP BLOCKER is off, or else the bubble won't appear.

Unfortunately, IF you cancelled your Fizz account before transferring your phone number back to Fido, I think you have no way of getting your old number back... . Have you tried contacting Fizz directly though Facebook messenger or though the chat bubble? (Make sure your popup blocker is deactivated)

If you have the Canada and/or USA plan, it should work fine with lte. I don’t see why it wouldn’t.
