My husband ordered his SIM card but accidentally activated on my account. I don`t have a SIM card yet and I don`t know if I can just use the one he got and whether he can order another one. I have been trying to chat with the FIZZ support but can`t get a chat box to open for me. Does anyone know how to get a chat box?

You can just put his sim card into your phone and he can order another one. Or he can use his sim card and you can give him permission to make changes on your account. There is no way at the moment to move his sim card to his account though.20

the sim cards are irrelevant in that sense. I can ship you a sim card that you can activate with your account and it would work just fine.
You can get the chat box via unsubscribe option. Dont unsubscribe but just clikc on it and you will get the popup.18 -
You can disable your popup blocker and it will appear. OR, you can contact them via Facebook messenger.17

Yes, it doesn't matter which phone the sim is put into.17

Why not just swap accounts? In your account profile you can change all of the personal information the effectively make a swap. Alternatively you could potentially activate two sim cards on one shared account, although I'm not sure how fizz handles this.18

I would go with Amir's suggestion. No need for a chat with customer service in this case. I'm assuming you mean you created an account and already ordered a sim for it, but you haven't received the sim yet. You shouldn't have any trouble at all activating your sim on his account when it does arrive, and you can just swap all the contact informations (Fizz's online system has a typo, says informations instead of information).
Unless, of course, you both wanted to be on the same plan anyway, and he activated with a new phone number instead of porting his in, and you're both fine with having new phone numbers, in which case there's nothing at all you need to do with the accounts right now. He can use his sim card in his phone for now, then activate your sim card on his account after it arrives. Once the new sim is active, take the sim from his phone and put it in yours and put the new sim in his phone and everything is sorted - he'll have whatever number gets assigned on the second activation and you'll have the number he was using temporarily.17 -
You can't change the email though.17
