I receive some text messages and others are sent to my email in the form of 1514xxxxxxx@txt.videotron.ca ? Really, what good does this do me? This combined with the fact that I still cannot receive 2 step SMS verification from Paypal and others has me seriously regretting changing services.

I believe 2-step verification not working is a known issue they are currently working on.9

Contact fizz through the facebook messenger OR though the chat bubble on the website, make sure though, THAT YOUR POPUP BLOCKER is off, or else the bubble won't appear.7

2 step SMS verification is a known issue:

"Some SMS messages sent by businesses such as 2-step verification messages may not be sent to your phone properly. This situation is known to the Fizz support team and will be solved as soon as possible."
As a workaround, some businesses offer a "Call Me" feature to get your code. You can also change your 2-step verification method to use a code generated by an application like Google Authenticator, Authy, ...
