You should be able to find the chat by going to a page in the solution hub and waiting a 20-30 seconds. Make sure you have any popup or ad blockers disabled. If there are no agents available in a reasonable time, the chat bubble won't appear.

Alternatively, you can use the contact forms in your account, under "my profile", or send them a message on facebook messenger.

You can contact them via Facebook Messenger or though the website chat bubble. MAKE SURE that your popup blocker is turned OFF, so the bubble can appear!17
