Time before calls go to voicemail

I'm trying to adjust the time before incoming calls are sent to voicemail.

I tried the instructions provided by @Whizz in this post but I'm getting an error message.

I've tried with both one and two stars and am getting the same error message on my Pixel 7:

Call forwarding

Failed to meet an application constraint: Message: "Element not found on Operator side". Service: "communication-diversion".

Option: "user-no-reply-timer"(804)

I'm trying to set it to 30 seconds as I just missed an important call.

How can I adjust this?

    Hello Goldfinch,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
On a VoLTE line, as Fizz_Code_FRERG correctly mentioned, the voicemail callback delay is set to 20 seconds and cannot be changed.
Previously, on 3G, it was possible to customize this delay by dialing the following code from your phone: *61*+15146470999*11*Number_of_seconds#
You can also consult our FAQ here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-set-up-my-voicemail
    Thank you for your understanding.
    Have a nice day!
