Time before calls go to voicemail

I'm trying to adjust the time before incoming calls are sent to voicemail.

I tried the instructions provided by @Whizz in this post but I'm getting an error message.

I've tried with both one and two stars and am getting the same error message on my Pixel 7:

Call forwarding

Failed to meet an application constraint: Message: "Element not found on Operator side". Service: "communication-diversion".

Option: "user-no-reply-timer"(804)

I'm trying to set it to 30 seconds as I just missed an important call.

How can I adjust this?

It works here. Make sure that you are on the LTE/5G network with a Fizz compatible phone and VoLTE enabled. As these commands go through IMS on the LTE network and I am not sure if Fizz ever implemented the legacy USSD interface that was used on 2G and 3G networks. Use exactly this

That is exactly what I tried. I'm using a Google Pixel 7, which is VoLTE enabled (and shows as such in my Fizz account) and am currently on the Fizz network as opposed to roaming.

I tested it on an iPhone earlier and it worked. I can try a Pixel later tonight if the thread stays open.

Thank you! It would be nice if I could just adjust it in the Visual voicemail app or my account.

Looks like, it is in fact a Fizz problem.

I tried on the Pixel and I am getting the same error message as @Goldfinch did. Still working okay on an iPhone with the same SIM.

Tried with a European SIM on the Pixel, works just fine.

Then tried another Android 16 phone and wasn't able to send any Call Forwarding codes at all to the Fizz network, not even check status. Tried the European SIM on that phone as well, no issues.

So, incompatibility issue between Fizz network and Android phones.

Thank you for trying these various steps and also confirming with the other SIM card that it is specifically a Fizz issue. Hopefully there will soon be a fix available for Android users.
