Can't Add Friends or Gift Using Referral Code

I can't seem to add any friends with email or phone number, and I was able to gift using a referral code once but now if I try I just get a pop-up message that says an error has occured. I'm so lost 😭

    May be you can't add friends because they are on mode incognito. Look that guide:https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-privacy-settings-inside-the-fizz-community

    For the second part of your message if I understand you try to use a new referral code with your own plan. It's not possible. We can get it just one. But you can share your referral code to other people (friends or not) who take their first plan with Fizz so they will receive the referral bonus as well as you (after they reach the end of their second month with Fizz)

    No no, it's to enter in a different members referral code in order to gift data to them. I've gotten it to work twice now, but other referral codes just won't let me gift data. I'm looking in the gifting data section on here for people who need data since I have a ton and I'm trying to earn the badge for gifting data

    Okay I was able to gift data again finally, but then I tried again and it once again didn't work 😩
