New appartment has ethernet plug in wall
Can I make the fizz modem work with it somehow if I'm currently using a coaxial wire? I am moving tomorrow and looking into how to wire my modem over there.

Hello @Emile L. #27600 ,
Verifying your Fizz account, I notice that you have a moving order set with a technician. He will come to check the connection into your home in order to work properly.
If you don't have a coaxial outlet at the new address, the technician will set one for you.

Thank you for your kind understanding.
Have a nice day!

Who knows what that Ethernet plug is connected to if anything?
For Fizz service, you will need a coaxial plug for the modem.
If the coaxial plug is missing you can get a Fizz installation.
The Fizz technician will run the coaxial cable to your apartment and install a coaxial plug.
He will then connect the Fizz modem to the coaxial plug.0 -
Hi, you absolutely need a coaxial outlet for this to work. If you don't have one, you need to ask the owner's permission so Fizz can install it.

Don't worry. The Fizz technician will install the coaxial cable to your apartment.
