I have verified the situation with our dedicated team and I can confirm that your Wi-Fi modem has been received at Fizz and that you will not be charged for the modem.
Just as a friendly reminder, even if you are charged for the modem after cancelling the internet service but do end up sending us back the modem, then you are automatically refunded.
