Modem returned at Videotron store but received notice that it was not received.

Hi,

I returned the modem already but recently received a reminder to return the modem because it was not received. I also have the receipt. Can it be verified with a dedicated team please to avoid any surcharge?

    Hello Mariatau,
    I am sorry to hear about the situation encountered.
    I have verified the situation with our dedicated team and I can confirm that your  Wi-Fi modem has been received  at Fizz and that you will not be charged for the modem. 
    Just as a friendly reminder, even if you are charged for the modem after cancelling the internet service but do end up sending us back the modem, then you are automatically refunded.
