Thank you for your question,
As I can see you should use the ON provice if you are navigating on the website.
You just need to click next to the green button "My account" click on for exaple : ON|EN then a black banner will show up and you will be able to select the region.
As your plan is set for ON, I recomment that you select ON and the language you wish (EN/ FR).
