The delivery of a package is handled by a third-party courier, and Fizz cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. The package can be tracked using the tracking number provided in the Fizz account under My Settings > Order History > See Details. If the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful, a new delivery attempt can be scheduled with the courier company.

After verifying, I see that your referral bonus is currently pending in your account. It will be received once the invited person completes their second monthly payment and from there, it will be applied on your next payment.
