Visual Voicemail stopped working

Sometime in the last month, I stopped receiving visual voicemail on my iphone and now just receive a text message that I have a voicemail. I now have to call my own phone number, and enter pin to check them. Anyone else have this happen to them or have an idea how to get visual voicemail working again?

    It only works with Fizz mobile data. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with Wi-Fi.

    That sounds quite frustrating. I just used visual voicemail within the past half hour (on an Android) and had no issues. If you haven't already done so, maybe try an uninstall then reinstall of the app. Good luck!

    If you downgraded to a plan that has no data, and you'd like to access Visual Voicemail again, just get a data plan (any amount of data) and it should start working again at the start of the next billing cycle. Visual Voicemail requires cellular data in order to display messages. However Visual Voicemail does not count as data usage.

    my phone translate it to text, and i think is more useful to read than hearing lol

    It sounds like you might be running into an issue where your Visual Voicemail isn't working properly when you are busy or out of reach, causing calls to drop into traditional voicemail instead. I think poor reception or a glitching cellular connection are the most common culprits. You may reset your phone network setting, or backup all you personal file to reset your phone.
